PROCESSING

We typically process and ship orders within 3-4 business days, depending on product availability. Custom or wholesale orders generally have a production timeline of approximately 1-2 weeks before shipping. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS and provide tracking via email. Once handed to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen or damaged packages, nor mis-delivery due to carrier errors or incorrect addresses. Ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot refund shipping fees for incorrect addresses or returned shipments. 

Please monitor the tracking progress of your package. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS. We are also not liable for shipments to forwarding services or weather-related delays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including returns initiated by the customer.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we are only processing orders within the United States.
