Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us here first.
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this 14-day period. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package back.
The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm its arrival and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. If you don't see the refund within that time, please contact us or check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Please note that both order shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will review the situation and do our best to resolve the issue.
PLANT ORDERS
If your plant arrives in poor condition, kindly contact us and send a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement at no cost. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by environmental factors during transit. To ensure the best care for your plants, we recommend being available to receive your delivery.
Additionally, all sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
